have you guys ever woken up from a nightmare crying?

I had a dream that i had a daughter (I'm 15 weeks so I don't know what I'm having yet) I named her Ella . she was so tiny but at the same time she was big. she had blonde hair which is weird because we both have dark brown hair. she was in a baskitnet and I was caressing her face and her neck. I took my hands off to get up and she started crying, her eyes were closed but her hands were reaching out to my fingers. she wanted me to keep caressing but she wouldn't let go of my hand. I picked her up and then it skipped to us being at a grocery store. I'm looking at her as i have her on my arms, her eyes are still closed because she's sleeping now. She has 2 arms and 2 legs. but those are so tiny and small. Barely growing out. then she had 2 full developed arms, as I gave it to her dad I noticed that her skin was peeling. I was able to see her stomach and her liver.. I automatically knew something was wrong. in my dream I had realized I gave birth to her early . as he's giving me back Ella her arm just ripped off .. we're rushing to the hospital and the nurse takes my daughter rolls her into a ball with a napkin and throws her in the garbage .. I was crying so hard I heard someone say "shh don't cry. it's going to be okay" the doctor came out and gave me a appointment slip to see if i was pregnant again ..

I felt like I gave up my daughter because something was wrong and I wanted them to make her better.. in my dream I felt as if I should have taken her how she was and not to the doctors.. because they would have never done that if I hadn't come there

I have never felt so much pain in a dream
