Baby is active , Buh I had this very sharp pain right below my hip bone in the front . (On left side) & then i believe it's my pelvis bone on the left side of my body since Friday morning hurting :( sigh is this ok or what ?

Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
