I have the same problem but I've noticed that sometimes for me it's the carbonation I want and not particularly the soda itself. So I've bought carbonated waters that are flavored like fruits and stuff and those have helped me significantly. I still drink some soda here and there but I would try the carbonated waters just to see if that helps you any (: cravings are super hard to beat though so I struggle with you!
Have any of u ladies actually looked at what ur drinking. My question to u is what is soda? Not being rude but let me guess no one knows and if u read the label u still don't know. Resist your temptations and think about your body and baby.If it's not found in nature don't consume it. I recommend fruit n ur water or buying a juicer. Watermelon is my favorite. But most of time I have lemon or lime but I love plain water too. Best of luck
I Have This Problem Like Hell. I Hate The Way Water Taste So I Would Drink Soda Like Hell Until I Got Really Dehydrated. So Tha Doctor Prefer Me To Ger Like Kool Aid Singles n Drink It. Better That Way
