My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Am I the only one who can’t get comfortable in bed with clothes on ? I sleep in just my underwear & a sports bra & sometimes I’m not even comfortable in my sports bra 😩

My bf and my sis in law hate that I have been sleeping so much lately BC I sleep to long lol I'm sorry I can't help it if I stand to long I get sleepy if walk to much I get sleepy if I sleep too much I'm still sleepy... I'm always sleepy I just woke up and I'm tired I want too go back to sleep but I know they ain't gone let me what should I do to break my fatigue.. won't sleep unless being held

Ladies, I'm going crazy from not being able to sleep. McKenna won't sleep unless she's being held. Not sure if it's my smell, the warmth, or what but I need sleep! Every night I end up just falling asleep with her but I don't like that at all. It worries me. What do I do?! If I don't get some sleep soon, I'm gonna lose my mind.
