I've used just butter menthols, just give your local chemist a call and the pharmacist will be more than happy to tell you :)

I asked the chemist yesterday they told me I cant use nothing

the only thing you're allowed is the original strepsils which are gross

And butter menthols I think are okay just don't over do it

strepsils r yuck. .. I did see that panaddol have a cold n flu tablet out. .. read the box it said talk to doctor before taking if breastfeeding. .. nothing bout being pregnant so fingers x these r ok to take
