i ate n i felt alot better

I have this issue it lowers my blood sugar. I just eat a snack before I take a shower I like to take em really hot. I'm a gestational diabetic though so I have to eat every two hours regardless or i get light headed and shaky

It Seems To Happen To Me Mostly If I Haven't Eaten Before I Showered I Get Lightheaded and Tingly or Even When I'm Getting Dressed and Been Standing For a While I'll Get That Same Feeling

i had the window open n the water wasnt that hot it was mostly cold

you are overheating. that happened to me when I was in the store.

when I shower i crack the door so some of the steam can get out.
