no don't stop. your body will make antibodies to help the baby not get sick.

and that medicine more than likely won't be in your breast milk. even if it is if you are pumping and giving the milk to baby then baby will still be getting said medicine.

It's completely safe. Avoid decongestants though cause it can dry your milk out. Kellymom.com is an amazing resource for breastfeeding. And LactMed will tell you what the effects of any medication would have with breastfeeding
