Neither do I. With my first I did offer her a paci but she didn't like it, so this baby I'm hoping he or she refuse as my first did. It's so hard to get them off. @calicarter
They say it helps prevent SIDS but the downside is it interferes with breastfeeding. I breast fed my first girl & I gave her a passy when she was about 6 months because my boobs were so sore & she started preferring her passy over my nipple
It sucks but some kids are just soothed by it. I sucked my thumb until I was way to old. But I'm a high anxiety person and it calmed me down. honestly my parents traumatized me trying to get me to stop. I wish they had just left me alone. that's just an adults perspective on something that annoys a lot of parents.
My son had jaundice and they gave him a binkey when he had to go under the light. After that he didn't want to latch so ever since I've had to use a nipple shield.

I didn't neither. Until she started sucking her thumb and I had to choose between the 2 lol
