Sorry it's been a while, we've been going to appointments, having tests run, blood work done. Taking a different route now, so to speak. We are running even more tests (such as a HSG, also doing a post-coitus analysis, retesting my testosterone and fasting insulin), continuing the Metformin, taking temp every morning for a few more months. Once we get all the results back and I become more regular with my cycles, we're going to look into starting an ovulation medication. And if the post coitus analysis shows that the sperm are being killed once inside, then we may have to go a different route and try IUI (in utero insemination) but we won't know for sure until we get all of these results back. The midwife/nurse practitioner is trying to let it happen for us as naturally as possible, but looks like we are gonna need more help than we thought. It's so hard to stay positive but I'm keeping my head high. Any prayers or positive thoughts you girls wanna send my way would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Just wanted you to know I have pcos and dealt with a lot of that. I worked on my diet with natural foods and skipped clomid went straight to IUI after a year of working it out with metformin, spironolactone & diet. You're not alone! We are now 14 weeks pregnant! Keep your head up! Hugs
