ladies im 23 weeks pregnant and have a horrible cold. is there anything i can take?

thank you! i feel so horrible!! and my SO refuses to kiss me cause he doesnt want to get sick.

My doctor told me that most Tylenol products are safe, as is benadryl. Also, the benadryl will dry out your upper respiratory tract- which is awesome for me. lol
