so I thought hubby and I had both quit smoking two years ago. turns out I'm the only who quit 😠 and he tries to hide it from me ! he sent me a picture of the inside of his truck and there was a pack sitting in his fucking cup holder. I pointed it out, because we're on the phone with each other, and he says "dang it ! I wish I'd caught that !" like really? I swear to god if he comes home smelling like cigarettes, he can sleep on the couch. I'm not going to sleep next to someone who smells like the bottom of an ash tray.

If y'all agreed to both stop and he's been lying about it for two years, that's serious. I know some people would be like whatever about it, but honestly that's fucked up. If my husband did that I'd be so pissed. And then to just brush it off like "Dang it I wish I caught that", not even my situation but it's got me ticked for you. That's basically just proof that he was going to continue to lie to you about it. Bullshit. He should sleep on the couch anyway lol.

I sure wish I could make mine stop! He is the reason I started in the first place and I have been super proud of myself that I quit cold turkey but he needs to quit. It would make things so much easier and cheaper!!

@therockamom, he hasnt been doing it for the whole two years. he wasn't smoking until I got off the truck in september to stay home. it's not the first time I've caught him either. I am pissed and he knows it. @babydovesmommy this is the second time I've successfully quit for more than a few months. I went back to it after I left my ex and then hubby and I agreed to quit together and we got vapes to help and we were done smoking that day. I've felt so much better since quitting. I can breath so much better too. if he would quit fucking smoking, we wouldn't be broke and he would feel better too. he keeps getting sick and now I fucking know why. (please excuse my vulgarity, I'm so pissed off today)

Lol it's ok. I completely understand though! I wouldn't be very happy either..and he would be scared to come home if something like that were to come up because he would know he would get an earful. So he should get one too!

@babydovesmommy, I don't even know what to say to him anymore. he always tells me that he's not smoking and he's not going to and then I turned around to find out he's fucking smoking. and the thing is, he hasnt eaten in a week !! so he can afford cigarettes but he can't afford to fucking feed himself?? quit buying cigarettes and you'll have money for food !! 😠😠😠😠😠😠

@babydovesmommy, it's ok. just now he was like "why are you mad at me, why can't you just get over it?" I said because you keep telling me you're not smoking or you're not going to and then I find out that you are. and he goes "no you dont find out that I am" I was like oh really? and he says "ok I'm gonna go to bed" and fucking hung up on me. I'm so ready to flip shit on him
