You are allowed to take Tylenol for pain. It's safe for the baby

Lay on the heating pad! I out of no where like a week ago got super bad back pain that persisted on for about a week. I ended up going to the ER but they couldn't do much for me without an X-ray and they gave me Narcos pain meds. But laying on the heat and this all natural cream my mom got from the Amish for pain really helped.

@mommyto1princess, i am doing the pillows under my back an its helping with the pain..ill also try the heating pad later on
