You can literally go from not being dilated to being 9cm with in days. Lol don't worry baby will come when ready💕

With my first I didn't start dilating until I was in active labor. I went from completely closed to 10 in 5 hours with him. With my second I went from 3 to 10 in 2.5 hours. Don't be discouraged!
