It depends I haven't gotten the perfect groove yet but if I'm not latching him every 2 and half to three hours to pick up my supply if I'm latching him then I'll pump on one latch on the other and switch the next feeding every three hours

Yes because the more u train ur body to produce the better and if he eats every three hours pump every hour and half that will make u increase

Even if u get a ounce still pump and remember ur suppose to pump for like 25 min and once u see milk stop coming out ur suppose to pump five min after that so ur training ur body to produce more milk @babybermea
