Another Update:

Spoke with the doctor on call for my physician group . He came in to see me about an hour or so ago. He believes I am going to deliver on my own within the next day or two, but at the same time its hard to tell because they cant check me for dialation until I am in super active labor due to the risk of infection. He said if within 3 or 4 days I haven't delivered, I am being induced (Pitocin is the devil, might I add) because at that point, the baby would be safer out than in. And that's because I've been ruptured since Friday morning at 4 a.m. He said the pink fluid is surefire dialation, but that if I soak a pad with bright red blood in an hour they will be whisking me to the OR stat. So basically , I sit and wait at this point. For something . Anything. As long as my little baby boy will be safe, healthy and okay I will endure whatever I have to. Its hard, but he is worth it. And his will be quite a story to tell when he grows up. Also - the doc told me that every day he spends inside rather than out, is 3 less days spent in the NICU. I can totally live with that. I won't be away from his side any more than I have to while he is in there. I am probably going to spend every waking moment that I can with him. He needs his mama, and I need him.
