Lol my hubby watched me try for a minute - I just kept trying to fold down all the sides but it wasn't happening - so he points to the red rope in the middle, and I felt really dumb
I know.. it's funny that my sister went and bought the same playpen I was just looking at the other day. It's cool. I'll pick a different design for mine @qmama

The Trick: Do NOT push the bottom in. Snap every rail into place. THEN PUSH IN the bottom.
The next secret: Pull bottom up SLIGHTLY. Unlock every rail. THEN FINISH pulling the bottom up.
My mom couldn't figure it out and it was like second nature for me @qmama
