@babyn2015 They are missing a lot of vitamins but they are good. I took them first pregnancy and almost had to get a blood transfusion because my iron level was so low during the third trimester. I stayed away after that!

I loved these when I was pregnant.

I know girly, my dr recommended I take them with an iron supplement because they don't have all the vitamins needed for a preggie. And iron is very needed especially when pregnant @kisha my dr ended up prescribing a prenatal after my iron levels kept staying low.
