how far along were y'all when your pregnancy was confirmed?

I was 3 weeks with a positive home test then at 5 weeks a test from the hospital and 9 weeks had an ultra sound

what should I expect?

I'm approximately 7 weeks 5 days and I go to the health department Tuesday

8 weeks & 4 days...they gave me a pregnancy test but it showed through my blood. My first ultra sound was at 9 weeks 3 days @calliecatlove2016

7 weeks through blood and had my 1st ultrasound at 11 weeks

I had a positive at 3 weeks. They confirmed with blood work at 5 weeks and confirmed ultrasound (just the sac) at 6 weeks
