Pretty sure I just busted one of my stitches sneezing! Why must sneezing,coughing and everything else make every single muscle in your body tighten up . It's incredibly uncomfortable especially when you've just had a baby and have a whooha full of stitches

If you give birth without an epidural and you tear, will the doctor numb the area before they stitch the area back up? This is just a weird fear of mine!
