I'm pregnant with my 3rd child, with my 2nd I had a csection. At my 2nd appt (around 21-22 weeks, I think) my doctor asked me if I wanted a csection or if I wanted to try a VBAC. So I think you should talk to them whenever you feel like you should. The earlier, the better just in case you have more questions that you forgot to ask.

I would just ask doesn't hurt to ask now and if she thinks too early to discuss than at least you have an idea when to plan to talk about it (:
