Help mammas! TMI Alert

I'll be 30 weeks on tuesday. Earlier today I was having what felt like Braxton hicks. urinated then it went away for the most part. at about 8pm I started having heaviness in my uteran area and felt like I had to have a BM. I had 3, all liquid. Now I just feel like I still have to go, but nothing is left, but the pain is back, coming and going. Still super heavy in my uteran area. HELP?!
