Is it really that unreasonable that I don't wanna wait until the middle of July to have my baby…

Do it earlier. So you're more comfortable. It's all about you!!! I had mine with my first in the middle of November and I was due Jan 25th. I plan on doing the same with this baby. Two months before she's due. It's more comfortable.

@mandy890, but how can I convince my sister in law, I've brought out up to her a few times and she's pretty adamant about waiting and I don't get it. ....

Tell her that your baby shower day is about you and that baby. And that you will be more comfortable doing it early. I take it she doesn't have kids? I would have been mad if I had mine a few weeks before my son was born. I was so miserable and the last thing I would have wanted would have been a baby shower and being around a million people!!!

@mandy890, That's the worst part, she has 3 I thought she'd understand more.....especially since two were born in October and she should understand how miserable summer is probably going to be for me. ....July is our warmest month! :/ if we did it in June or something we could probably do an outdoor one like I'd love to have.....

I'm due August 20th and I'm having my babyshower INDOORS at the beginning of July! :)

@babynumber1, I'm afraid that if I wait till the middle of July I'm going to have to have it inside....

if I were you I'd rent out a firehall or something! then set up a few things outside.. mine will be inside.. my mom's neighborhood has a large community center that is rented out for occasions.. that's what I'm using. however I'm having a tye dye station so that and corn hole will be outside. :)

@babynumber1, I'm more thinking money wise.....I'm out of work until after the baby's born which means one paycheck which makes it even tighter to put money aside for baby never mind renting a hall or something. ....if we did it outside it could be in my in laws back yard or something and save the hundred or two it might cost to rent a hall.....

ehh you're right @babyboubou I wish you luck.. my sister is planning and taking all responsibility for mine.. maybe have it late in May while it's still decent out!

@mandy890, yeah I'm thinking of telling her if she doesn't want to bend I'll let someone else do it......my mom would love to do it! :) or even his parents .....plus I have an increased chance of going into labor early because I have a bicornuate uterus
