For me it is normal. but everyone is different!! I have been on bed rest since 23 weeks though so I can't say I'm the average case (: I would mention it to your Dr or if cramping gets worse I would definitely call.

its sounds pretty similar to what happened to me. im 22 weeks and everything from sitting to laying down is starting to get super uncomfortable. i haven't really had much cramping now but around 18 wks i did and it came & went for a couple weeks. sounds normal but you could always ask your doctor just for your own piece of mind 😀 Good luck mama

Yes definitely the different stages of pregnancy. I'm 19 weeks too and even though I sleep great lol I can get uncomfortable at times too. I get these sharp gas pains at the bottom of my stomach and my back is starting to hurt. But it'll blow over you won't feel like this forever. Good luck :)
