any good for dry skin? this dry skin thing my daughter has all over her body suddenly is driving me…

aveeno is great for dry skin, she may have eczema @mommybug

i been using aveeno for awhile now and I'm seeing no improvement.. her doc gave me a creme for ringworm bc he said it might be because of the redness.. and some hydrocortisone and there has been no difference.. hes on vacation tim the 24th so need something temp until i can see him .. so wanted to try something different..

My son has eczema and Dr said Vaseline. Omg it works wonderful!! I've tried all the other creams for eczema and don't work. Right after their bath within the first five minutes to lock in moisture.

I bought the generic cvs brand

oh wow but yes if the aveeno isn't working you can also try Vaseline or cortizone 10 @mommybug

i waa putting vaseline on the irritated red skin by her mouth.. but not on her body bc she doesn't like the way it feel with her clothes but I'll give it a try this week.. I'm hoping its just dry skin like i have because i dont want her to suffer with eczema.. :( @alexusasia420 @39surp

It takes getting used to on the whole body. My Son hated it for like a week but omg huge difference! He sleeps better because he's not itching and miserable

We have hard water too so it makes his skin extra dry. It was so bad he looked like he had a light sunburn all over. Skip one day and it gets dry again

@39surp she mainly complains about her butt cheek itching at night so i have started giving her booty a quick wash everytime she uses the bathroom because its the most irritated.. i assume because of the layers she wears daily? idk how eczema works honestly.. but her belly legs arms and face are starting to feel dry and flakey but not red.. other than the corners of her lips.. @alexusasia420 my aunt has eczema and she looks so miserable when she has flare ups.. I'm so scared to see her pain.. her crying about her butt breaks my heart.. idk how I'll deal with full body flare ups
