anyone know where I would go to apply for short term disability? I'm only 21 weeks pregnant but I am only part time at my job and they don't offer maturnity leave for part timers. so when the time comes where do I apply and when should I apply?

if you get it through your job, call HR. otherwise you have to check if your state covers STD for after birth

Try Aetna disability, it's offered through my job though. But it worth a try

You could check through aflac also

I have Aflac but you need to have coverage before you become pregnant. Not sure if it's different rules for different states.

I kno I have a full time job with benefits and mine is unpaid as well until I'm out a month then I can get the short term disability I don't kno it's a pain in the butt but i would definitely try aflac
