Okay ladies a little TMI. But I lost my Mucas Plug about a week or two ago. And ever since then I had horrible Hip pain. and Not just that but a lot of pain/pressure/discomfort down there! Could loosing my Mucas Plug be tbe reason why my hips feel like they just got ran over!? Im seeing my OBGYN Friday. But I'm only 34 Weeks today

you are very close to labor. squats and a long long long walk followed by a warm bath* under 102 degrees. and some rest. I almost guarantee you wake up in labor.

No it wouldn't cause it but it goes hand in hand. when you lose your plug your cervix is getting ready for birth, baby is getting ready by moving far down and really stretching all your lower ligaments and the pressure can pinch the sciatica nerve in your lower back that rubs on both sides outside of your butt along your hips and down the back of your leg. ans you will feel like a bowling ball is sitting on your cervix tons of pressure even sharp stabbing pains slight burning on the cervix. That all is goo! because your body has had time to modify some room for baby to exit and not do so much damage on her way out.

more than likely this being your first she is moving down low in your pelvic bone and literally moving your bones slightly.

Yes it does grow back but the reason why your in pain is because your hips are expanding for birth which is when your having hip pain and pressure. Mine was so bad it started around 27 weeks that just going to target and walking around I would be in so much pain an hour afterwards so much I couldn't walk
