So, today we drove my Tacoma out to the store. its beat up a bit it was a work truck for awhile it has been on the farm. Today a girl with a screaming baby and two sons accidently rammed her door into my bed and it dented and got red paint on it. When we came out a guy made sure she didn't leave and talked to us being rather rude calling her " a cluts and damaging my truck and being belligerent" I took a look and it wasn't anything terrible I didn't see the big deal she got out in tears her babies crying and she said she couldn't afford to fix it right now and begged me to let her pay it at another time. I smiled and told her go home and spend time with your children. I had bought some gift cards just for has perks and handed her a resturant one and told her to take her family to dinner. No problem the truck is beat up enough. she hugged me crying and left saying thank you. as for the man I simply told him to not be so harsh and to have some compassion Dallas and I left and are home now. Its just a truck, I'd rather her pay me back by giving her kids and family the meal they deserve. Materials are not worth the moments you can have with family and friends!

@sweetlove94, it was so silly that he baby sat her to tattle! she didn't mean too. I hate when people get so upset over a minor dent or scratch too. She had a screaming baby but hopefully her and her family will enjoy their dinner tonight I always stock up on gift cards for fuel perks. Its just silly to be angry. if my kids bump it ever I could not be mad at them I may ask them to be more careful but it's just a car. she didn't mean too the guy kinda pissed me off

Yeah that's really ridiculous being mean to her over an accident. Accidents happen it's not the end of the world. I've actually done that once. Someone parked way too close to us and I couldn't get the infant seat into the car and accidentally hit their car with the door. It didn't cause any damage but he got out and yelled at me and then my husband was scolding me for not being careful. I had to try really hard not to cry.

@sweetlove94, wow... that's rude. its just a hunk of metal. I like the dents it gives it character and they leave memories for me. Like the sent on the side where I missed and hit with a lacrosse ball. I've back into my grandpas truck and the jeep and as long as I was honest and told him he never yelled at me. that's how it should be.
