make sure next time you have something on your stomach before you take it, and drink plenty of water

I just ate literally 5 mins before I took it and I am drinking water.... Maybe I should drink more @lexiiroyal

Maybe, don't overdo it either. Next time maybe let your food settle before taking it. it could be what you ate

this happened to me! threw up the meds every time so I had to get a shot! you could try taking half the pill at a time!

@autumnrae, I thought about that at first since I'm not big on taking pills but this is like a capsule so I can't take half.
