You can't take pepto . It's not baby safe but , try ginger ale and saltines or you can buy these little ginger candies . They work great for sickness

not a problem:) if it's like nausea look into preggie pops or like she said^ but if it's like actually tummy ache when you get to second tri is when you ccan take things like milk of magnesia and keopectate
