Bh are supposed to just feel like tightening and you're supposed to be able to breathe through them. Plus they only last up to 30 seconds at a time and are random. But contractions are painful and have a pattern. And they say it's harder to breathe through them too. I've had a few bh but not too many. They're not painful just weird lol @mrsjessicamattern
When she pushes, it does hurt and it lasts for maybe 30 secs.. My belly is hard, but only where I think she's pushing. Other side is regular.. @meboom01
That should be fine. If it's only in that one spot you should be fine. If it's lower though is when it's supposed to be a contraction @mrsjessicamattern

That's a sign of Braxton hicks if they last for only 30 seconds. If they become painful, call your doctor because they could be labor pains too!
