@mickeyandminniemouse, .. Mine hurt all the time burned if it was cold , throbbed after nursing etc.I had blisters because of an inverted nipple and Lucas wasn't latching correctly... The only thing that really helped was after I would express a little milk and coat the areola's , sounds funny but it really works and it heals and moisturizes the skin. It's important to do that before and after nursing . It acts like a primer beforehand for you and baby helps prevent the pain after things get better.

Try medela Purelan cream for nipples. It works 100%
