@mazevedo1127, @emmajeremy2627 I heard the nipples were coming detached and choking babies but I didn't read it my MIL called and told me

just looked it up I saw no recent recalls. However remember on any paci brand the nipple can come off. that's why you should always tug on the nipple a little to make sure its on there and not coming off.
I'm all for pacis my daughter is 15 months and has hers but the thought of the nipple falling off is scary.
