Did anyone use medical adhesive remover to help get their steri-strips off after their c-section?…

O.o my nurse and doctor told me just let them fall off on their own. And when at my 4 week visit they had not, my doctor gave me the okay to soak in a warm bath and let them get loose and then take them off.

Ohh really?! I might wait and call on Monday then! That would be awesome if I could just leave them on 😬

Yeah, I definitely would... I don't see why you would need to remove them. I would talk to your doctor, not a nurse. He/she may say differently.

they should just fall off especially after showers and such, pulling on them does hurt, my doctor always recommended letting them fall off and using a little pair of scissors to trim the tape as it unpeeled

I was told to let them fall off

my doc removed them at my 1 week postpartum appointment

I was told let them fall off I soak in the tub when I would Co shower with my baby and they just came off

mine fell off around day 10 , i wouldnt force them off
