I did with my last pregnancy but I probs won't bother this time... I'm not sure if it helped although I didn't tear or have any stitches and I did with my first when I didn't use it. xx

ahh I wasn't aware of that. I will read up on that. I have pcos so I used to use it to help me with my hormones xx
