So I know being pregnant you're not supposed to be reaching above your head but I find myself forgetting all the time I'm just not used to having to ask someone to get something down for me or having to use a step stool or something to reach it I guess I'm just wondering at what point in pregnancy should you really not be doing it? I'm scared to death I'm gonna hurt my baby by doing it

Unless you are reaching for something that could topple on your head. It is truly a myth, my grandmother told me it would cause the embilicle cord to get wrapped around the baby's neck. In my mind I'm like how does that work is my arm attaches to the cord.

Yeah, it's all an old wives tale. I reached, and stretched with my oldest and not a problem. Do the sane with this one.

Reaching over your head doesn't affect the baby
