Breastfeeding is exhausting, especially when you pump 14 bottles a night like me along with feeding baby. Doesn't help that my stomach is killing me and I've been trying to get back healthy, I lost a ton of blood giving birth 9 days ago and needed a transfusion but since I was borderline I argued it and got to come home. Also have lost 30 lbs since then. Which I'm definitely not complaining about but I'm just in pain everywhere and I hate to take any pain meds but I've been having to at least one a day. 😭😭

Bc my boobs get engorged and so I have to, I have no idea why I'm producing so much milk.. But it's ridiculous 😩 @bianca_rose @sarahdrew

you are both lucky and unlucky.... lucky you produce that much but unlucky that you get engorged.... I do from time to time but only if she goes 5+ hours between feeding or I'm not around here to nurse ... I wish I had produced more in the beginning, my stash would be booming

Lol I've got so freaking much I know I'll end up donating it! Lol I don't even use bottles yet, and trying not to until I absolutely have to. @sarahdrew

@babyjjsmommy, that's the way to be don't want nipple confusion... I didn't use bottles til my daughter was 6 weeks old and my husband had to literally drag me out of the house lol

freeze it, date it and everything so that you have it in case something comes up: u suddenly dry up, or you go back to work

Oh yeah the freezer is packed full of it! I have to drive to Mississippi March 3 and I don't want to bring him out being that it'll still be flu season and what not so my stepmom will be keeping him and have to feed with bottles. He'll only be a month old and I really wish I could go longer without doing that. He already has some trouble latching at times and I definitely don't want to make it worse or to where he doesn't want to latch at all. @sarahdrew

Your body pumps what it needs, I know it's painful but if you don't pump as much you'll stop producing as much. It's great that you have such a stash though already, I didn't start pumping until my son was like 10 mos and we were going away and I ended up waiting too late and couldn't pump enough lol
