tmi: but fr tho, super constipated. probably from all the iron in the prenatals. but ughhh it's so frustrating any tips?
I take a probiotic everyday. lots of fibrous foods too. leafy greens, veggies, whole grains and so on. I don't have too much trouble :) oh and lots of water and try to get out and get some exercise, even just walking can help
apple juice works wonders. or what grape juice. those are my go to's when I get constipated.
