Note: to self never❌🚫↔ drink caffeine from↔ Starbucks I only had 7 sips. But when I say my poor son was wired up↙↖🙋🙌 all day and night until 10:30 he only went to sleep two times that's not ever in his normal sleep😴 cycle! My Goodness😩 I was only going on 4 hrs of sleep due to😢 bad acid indigestion.
