any mom's ever deal with hemangioma?

apparently i have one right under my nose that i accidentally scratched and I've been bleeding for an hour!

ER dr said he's gonna put some clotting gel on it to stop the bleeding

is this a thing I'll just have to deal with forever or will it go away
