yes it could be infected I had that issue when I was like 20 weeks I thought it was my belly button just popping out but no it was infected if that's the problem they will check to make sure no infection is getting to ur baby they will give u antibiotics and ointment for it and it will go away

yea I just got freaked out cuz I am a ftm so I went to the er but u could go to urgent care in the morning I think u will be ok @quitadon

I got a bit of an infection in my belly button ring hole but my belly button started to stick out at 12 weeks (due to umbilical hernia I got from the pregnancy) so there's not way the actual belly button can get infected lol

It's possible! I was just saying that I randomly got an infection in my piercing hole (that i had for 3 years before I got pregnant). It happens. Your body does weird things when you're pregnant. Go to UC in the morning 💕

I would go in just in case... at least call ur doctor tmrw
