Diapers and wipes are a must have, onesies, swaddling blanket, receiving blanket, children's Place has nice boys clothes, carter's, old navy. Target has cute clothes good clearance.

when you give birth take all the blankets they give you for your baby! and the diapers and wipes. my midwife told me to take everything they give you! my son loves his hospital blankets:)

I thought the same thing but this is my 2nd baby after 12 yrs lol I've started to buy receiving blankets, socks, onesies, bibs, burp clothes, beanies

Receiving blankets, diapers, wipes, onesies, bibs, bottles (whether you breast feed or not), and I got a pack n play with a bassinet, changer and napper included in it so that's all I need lol and get diaper rash cream, lotion, shampoo, soap, nasal bulb, thermometer, etc!

Get mittens for their little hands too. So they don't scratch their face!
