if you're breastfeeding, he most likely won't get sick. your body makes antibodies needed for that specific sickness, that are then given to the baby while nursing that helps his little body fight off the sickness.

everyone in my house and all of our family recently got sick, and my baby is now only 3 weeks old, everyone has had the sickness and gotten over it already and she didn't catch it at all and it's because I breast feed :)

Put vicks on his feet and cover them with socks. I always do this for my son when he goes to bed and it stops him from coughing. It helps a lot

Yes you can still breastfeed even if you're sick and it won't effect the baby. in fact NOT breastfeeding him while you're sick would do more harm than good. just keep in mind being sick can effect your milk supply, it might drop just a little bit. so if you do get sick do you're best to stay hydrated, and nurse on demand.

great thanks for the info i only breast fed my first son for like 2-3 days because i was in pain and thought i wasn't making enough milk but this time im actually doing it at first it was low but i kept on pumping and giving him the breast and my milk supply went up im happy because i know breast milk is best for babies, im kinda new at this so thank you very much again 😀 @crunchymomma

if you ever have any questions just message me! and before you ever give up on breast feeding or if you think you have a low supply, talk to a lactation consultant first. you may not actually have a low supply and just be paranoid. I do that a lot lol.
