Im so beyond tired of my mom threatening my childs father to take him to court saying that he doesnt do shit, and she wants her money back.
The money for copays for me being in the hospital.... She wants and all I keep hearing is court, court, court, and she doesnt like him and she wants him in jail. Im 16, hes 18....

Depending on where you live, 16 is indeed legal. AND no matter where you live you can go to court and have a judge declare that your mom no longer has custody rights of you.

and if you can prove the money was given to offset doctors bills, she is still legally responsible for providing medical care for you so good luck getting it back momdukes.
