I feel awful. I have a fever, a headache, a tummy ache. When I laid down for a nap my body got really heated and when I woke up my lower back and pelvis area are hurting now. I tried google but couldn't figure it out. Always wants to suggest cancer 🙄. Anyways, any ideas? I'm thinking maybe a uti but I've never had one so I really don't know if these are symptoms.
