It may be awhile until you get one. Depending on where u r and ur doc. I haven't had one yet and I'll be almost 19w when I get my very first one

uhh I remembered that lol I was so excited too but they will confirm again that u are pregnant and check on your blood pressure and weigh and they will do check inside and they will try to hear his heart beat then they send you for sonogram :)

As far as an actual ultrasound they will schedule one for a later date probably around 18 weeks maybe but you will have a dating scan with your first prenatal usually

I think a lot of it depends on your dr and insurance. I had a transvaginal ultrasound at my first visit at 7 weeks to confirm pregnancy, so it's possible you could too

I had a transvaginal at 9 weeks and saw my baby and heard the heartbeat. however, if the ob you go to does not have the equipment you will be sent elsewhere for an ultrasound.

Usually first appointment will go over history and then when u checkout they will set a ultrasound which is around anywhere 7-10 weeks
