I have a car seat cover on mine and its totally fine. I think if it causes any problems they wouldn't be so popular. I love mine it makes cleaning the car seat so easy too

oh:) I know for example Chicco you can actually go to there website and buy different colors or replacement carseat covers but I'm not sure if you can with other brands. @hermommy might be worth looking at:)

I have my daughters carseat its pink and black with pink elephants(roll Tide in pink ha-ha) but its not evenflo or else I'd send you the cover:/
