call and ask to speak to the manager...but from personal expirience make sure she was actually being rude and it wasn't just a pregnancy moment

dont waste your time just go somewhere else to get it done

@emily18234, I said may I please change my appointment today to 6pm..... she says.... and yells your appointment is not at 6pm it's at 3pm !!!! my hormones didn't kick in I let it be.... now I'm upset

I know what you mean. I do the best I can blindly and if my fiance doesn't like the hack job, he can do it himself
