what is it?! And I'm like barely dilated. Not even to 1cm, BUT I am 80% effaced and he's so low (he's in position 0). But it's been that way since 36+2 😭 I've heard that dilation means nothing but effacement is the most important since it's the actual thinning of the cervix. I wonder if that's true 🤔

@missalexisnicole, aw I feel for you. Lol do I know if ur dilated any? Ok so a lady in my other group told me about this oil that u can rub on your tummy or put a few drops in your bath and it was get you contracting. Your almost there but it's worth a shot I we thinking of trying it once I hit 39 or so

Man I've been trying to dos stuff to keep my mind off of it but now it's not helping lol I don't even have signs he's coming besides really bad pressure in my pelvic area
