0 to 3 and 3 to 6. Don't even bother with newborn unless you know baby is going to be really small.

I would get a few newborn outfits just in case. You never know what you'll really need tell you have the baby. :)

My daughter is 6 weeks and is in 3 month clothes, I wouldn't overstock any particular size.

You want slow flow nipples to start, and in general the slower the better when it comes to nipples. We are currently teaching my daughter to take a bottle and we use tommee tippee bottles. I can and do still offer my breast when she finishes the bottle and still acts hungry with no problems latching.

@xxsammi.love, I got slow flow and preemie flow. I got the preemie flow because sometimes bottles make babies lazy and not want to work when they breastfeed so with the preemie flow they'll have to work a little harder.

Most sizes will have a weight on the tag as well as size. I had to put her in bigger clothes because she is so long. This pic should help.

I swear by Tommee Tippee bottles and pacifiers! I breastfeed my daughter and she didn't have any confusion between them and my boobs. :D
