I would wait 45 mins and if the tylenol hasn't kicked in then you probably threw it up.

I don't know if this is true, but supposedly there's a home remedy where you submerge your hands and feet in hot water and put a bag of cold peas (cold anything) on the back of your neck. Something to do with the way it makes your blood flow is supposed to cure a migraine

you can have two at a time, so taking another won't hurt. try taking it with a glad of water or milk

While pregnant you can have up to 1000mg of Tylenol every 6 hours. Try taking it with milk.
